Dennis’ practice encompasses all areas of civil and commercial litigation, including employment law, personal injury law, estate litigation and construction law.
In the area of employment law Dennis assists employees in obtaining fair compensation when terminated and assists employers in identifying sound, practical business solutions with a results-oriented approach.
In the area of personal injury law, Dennis aggressively pursues the rights of injured persons in order to fairly compensate those people for their injuries.
Dennis also has significant experience in resolving disputes relating to estates and in assisting creditors recover monies owing to them by debtors.
Dennis has successfully appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada and has significant Tribunal experience, including the Human Rights Commission and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Dennis was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006 after completing his Articles of Clerkship with Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP.
Dennis is a native of Brantford, and he and his family are actively involved in the Brantford community. At the present time, Dennis is the Vice-President of the Alzheimer Society of Brant.
