Courtney Boyd

Bio

Courtney is a litigation associate at Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP practicing all areas within civil and commercial litigation, including business and contractual disputes, employment and human rights, and real estate issues. Courtney also practices in municipal, planning and development law assisting developers and landowners with representing their interests at both the municipal and appeal level.

Courtney has represented clients at various levels of court and tribunals, including the Ontario Divisional Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board, Small Claims Court.

Courtney obtained both her undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Ottawa. Following law school, Courtney completed her articles at Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP and joined the litigation group following her call to the bar.
