Patrick Corless
Bio
Pat has many years of experience assisting numerous business clients with various aspects of corporate commercial law including incorporations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and other business-related agreements and transactions. Pat also assists clients with commercial and residential real estate, wills and estate administration.
He has also been actively involved in various community activities including board and executive positions with the Boy Scouts of Canada District Council, Participation House Brantford and the Brantford General Hospital.
Pat joined Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP as an associate in 1976 and became a partner in 1982.
