Andrew’s legal practice focuses on family law and civil litigation. Andrew’s expertise lies in representing individuals who find themselves involved in legal disputes involving custody and access, support and property.
Following a relationship breakdown, it is paramount that you receive timely and meaningful advice in order to protect your legal rights. Andrew can prepare and negotiate pre-nuptial, separation and custody agreements to protect your interests and keep you out of the courtroom. If a negotiated settlement is not possible, Andrew will vigorously represent your interests in court. Andrew understands that every client’s needs are unique and he is committed to offering client-specific solutions in a timely manner.
Andrew’s civil litigation practice includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving the collection of unpaid debts, employment matters and commercial matters.
Andrew’s approach to the practice of law is rooted in his belief that clients deserve to have their legal issues dealt with in a thorough, timely and cost-effective manner.
Andrew and his wife Heather have become involved in the community since moving to Brantford in 2009. Andrew currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Lansdowne Children’s Centre, the Executive of the Brant Law Association and is a member of the Rotary Club of Brantford.
