Brandon Adili
Bio
Brandon is an associate lawyer practicing in the areas of corporate/business, commercial and residential real estate, wills & estates, and non-profit law. Brandon is a dual JD graduate obtaining his Canadian law degree from the University of Windsor and his American law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2021. While Brandon exclusively practices in Ontario, Brandon’s legal training has made him especially adept in collaborating with his American counterparts for cross boarder matters.
Brandon obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University in 2017 where he majored in finance at the Rowe School of Business. Brandon’s background in business and finance makes him an excellent choice for any client seeking assistance at all stages of the business . His business focused approach to law has helped countless clients navigate various areas of corporate law, whether they are incorporating a new business, actively operating, or purchasing/selling a company. In particular, Brandon has experience in drafting complex custom contracts, negotiating and preparing commercial leases, facilitating share or asset purchases/sales of all sizes, and trademarks.
With the complex challenges businesses face every day, Brandon understands that consideration for more than just the legal nature of an issue is essential when assisting his clients. Brandon takes a collaborative approach to work with owners, leadership, and other business professionals to consider all aspects of an issue to provide solutions that best fit his individual client’s needs.
